The RSSDI Annual Conference 2025, Kochi is an in-person and online event. As a result, we do not ship any physical goods, products, or materials.

2. Conference Registration & Confirmation

Upon successful registration and payment, participants will receive:

• A confirmation email with registration details.
• A digital receipt for the payment made.
• Event details, agenda, and access information (if applicable).

Please ensure that you provide a valid email address during registration to receive all necessary updates.

3. Delivery of Digital Content

All communications regarding the event, including confirmations, updates, and event-related materials, will be delivered via:

4. Event Ticketing & Access

For **physical attendees**, the entry pass will be provided at the event venue upon verification of registration details.
For **virtual attendees**, access links or login credentials (if applicable) will be sent via email before the event.
